Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday he spoke with President Donald Trump for the second time in two days, calling their conversations on the war with Russia, Ukraine’s military capabilities and the energy sector “very productive.”

Zelenskyy wrote in an article on Zelensky added that they also discussed “many details” about the energy sector, but did not delve into any of the topics.

“President Trump is well informed about everything that is happening,” Zelensky wrote. “We have agreed to continue our dialogue and our teams are making their preparations.”

Trump’s talks with Zelensky come as Moscow continues to strike Ukraine with drones and missiles, injuring at least 20 people in kyiv and causing widespread power outages on Friday. A child was also killed in another Russian attack in the southeast of the country.
