Witness of the rifle seller planned in Trump Assassination Trial Trial

The Ministry of Justice plans to call a new program of witnesses on Wednesday as a federal trial of Ryan Routh, accused of having tried to assassinate President Donald Trump in his West Palm Beach golf club in 2024, entered his eighth day.
The prosecutors told court that they expected testimonies from Ronnie Jay Oxendine, the man who would have sold Routh the rifle linked to the case, as well as several FBI agents and specialists. The list includes Patrick Mr. Lantry, officer of the FBI working group; Aaron Thompson; Matthew S. Perry, an FBI special agent; Garett L. Foo, an FBI special agent; and Laura E. Haller, FBI special agent and digital medical-legal examiner.
The Lazaro and Samuel Plata, whose testimony will also be planned, whose testimony will be helped by two Spanish-English translators in the courtroom.

Tuesday’s procedure was focused on the forefront of the alleged telephones and DNA of Routh. The jurors saw WhatsApp’s messages and texts that would have recovered devices seized from Routh, including an exchange where Routh wrote: “I hate him … Shan is no longer elected”, referring to Trump. Another message said, “If I can help tell me what to do.”

FBI experts also testified that Routh’s DNA was strongly linked to the rifle handle, a bag, a glove and other articles that the prosecutors were found in the alleged elite nest. The judge appointed by Trump, Aileen Cannon, held a restricted to the rhythm of the testimonies, pressing the prosecutors to shorten the interrogations and remind Roth – who represents himself – to stop the interruption.

Prosecutors who should rest their file by the end of the week, Wednesday’s testimony could prove to be essential while jurors weigh the government’s evidence against the self-represented defendant who will advance his witnesses from next week.
