The pro-life group urges Florida Ag to probe the announcements of abortions pills

First of all on the fox: A large pro-life organization calls the Florida Attorney General, James Uthmeier, to investigate a non-profit organization which he accuses of disseminating advertisements on the deceptive and misleading abortion through the state.

In a letter of September 19 obtained by Fox News Digital, 40 Days for Life urged Uthmeier to take measures against Mayday Health, a non -profit organization based in New York which has placed display panels around Florida promoting the abortion pills at Miffepristone and Misoprostol.

“These photos are not (artificial intelligence),” said Shawn Carney, president and chief executive officer of 40 Days for Life, Shawn on Friday. “These are real photos of boats floating in front of tourists – trying to take a tan, trying to enjoy their working time – and yet they have abortion pills in their face. It is disconnected, and it could be illegal.”

The pro-life group maintains that announcements do not disclose critical information, including warnings from the black box of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on risks such as hemorrhage and infection, while also omitting the security protocols required by the federal government and the potential legal consequences for the Floridians.

Florida prohibits most abortions after six weeks, making it one of the strictest states in the country. Carney said that the basic 40 -day life structure – which has more than a million participants in 1,800 cities around the world – allows the group to first identify local problems.

“When things like this happen at the local level, we are the first to see it,” said Carney. “So when we see these new advertising campaigns for abortion pills or see doctors doing illegal abortions, we will examine it and report it and take legal action.”

Carney also argued that the reversal of Roe c. Wade forced defenders of abortion to defend the positions he described as extreme.
