What is the Losee Center of the University of Utah Valley in Charlie Kirk’s shooting?

Orem, Utah – Utah state police blocked the perimeter of the Losee center at the University of Utah Valley Thursday morning while manhunt continues for the assassin of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk.
The authorities confirmed on Wednesday the shot that killed Kirk came from the roof of a building on the campus about 200 meters from the place where Kirk made his comments.
While the authorities did not confirm that the shots came from the Losee center on Wednesday, state police cars blocked traffic outside the Losee center on Thursday while the authorities were investigating in and around the school building.
The videos captured by eyewitnesses on Wednesday showed a person in dark clothes running on a building on the campus.

“We followed his movements on the campus through the stairwells, to the roof, on the other side of the roof to a shooting location,” the journalists of Beau Mason, commissioner of the Utah Ministry of Public Security on Thursday.

“After the shooting, we were able to follow his movements as he moved on the other side of the building, jumped from the building and fled from the campus and in a neighborhood,” added Mason.

Mason said that the authorities have “good video sequences” of the roof shooter where shots were fired to identify the suspect.
According to the UVU website, the campus is closed until Monday, September 15. While the students were invited to stay away from the campus, the media and the police stayed on the campus with the investigation still in progress.
Journalists were allowed to cross the campus on Thursday. However, several UTAH state police vehicles are stationed outside the Losee center, marking a perimeter where the authorities said the investigation was underway.

State soldiers did not provide a calendar when the building would run over to the media.
“The articles left in the courtyard and the Losee center are not available to be picked up at present due to the investigation,” according to the message on the school website.

Investigators also collected an impression of shoes, a palm footprint and forearm imprints for analysis, according to the press release.
Mason told journalists journalists Thursday morning to search the nearby neighborhoods, “by contacting anyone who can with doorbell cameras, witnesses and worked well through these communities, trying to identify the tracks”.
