We, Israeli forces kill terrorist leaders of the Islamic State and Hezbollah in separate operations

The United States and Israel announced on Friday that their respective forces had killed terrorist leaders of the Islamic State and Hezbollah in distinct terrorism operations.

The troops of Centcom carried out a raid in al-Bab, the governor of Aleppo, Syria, and killed the senior Islamic State official Dhiya ‘Zawba Muslih al-Hardani and his two adult sons, who also have links with the terrorist organization, according to a Centcom statement.

He added that three women and three children who “were also on the target” were unharmed in the raid.

“These Islamic State people have been a threat to us and the coalition forces, as well as the new Syrian government,” Centcom said in a statement.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, an organization based in the United Kingdom, said that the raid was the first of its kind. The group also said that the ground troops of the special units supported by the SDF and the Damascus special forces participated in the operation, although Fox News Digital is unable to confirm their involvement.

General Michael Erik Kurilla, commander of Centcom, has sworn that the American forces “would tirelessly continue the Islamic State terrorists”.

“Islamic state terrorists are not safe where they are sleeping, where they operate and where they hide,” Kurilla said in a statement. “Alongside our partners and allies, the American central command is attached to the sustainable defeat of Islamic State terrorists who threaten the region, our allies and our homeland.”

Israeli defense forces (FRI) announced that his troops killed Ali Mohammad Hassan Qutan, who was an officer in the Staff against Hezbollah Jbeil. According to the FDI, Qutan was involved in the reconstruction efforts of the organization, which had a blow when Israel killed its chief, Hassan Nasrallah, in September 2024.

“Terrorist’s activities are a blatant violation of understanding between Israel and Lebanon,” the FDI wrote in a statement.

Israel recently concluded a 12 -day war with Iran while simultaneously fighting Hamas in Gaza in a war that has continued since the brutal attacks of October 7, 2023.
