Ukraine Zelenskyy to meet Trump in Washington, DC Monday

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Saturday that he will go to Washington, DC on Monday to meet President Donald Trump.

Zelenskyy’s announcement comes a day after Trump met Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday in Alaska to negotiate the end of the war in Ukraine.

“Monday, I will meet President Trump in Washington, DC, to discuss all the details concerning the end of murder and war. I am grateful for the invitation,” wrote Zelenskyy on X.
