Two California volleyball players refuse to play with his TRANS teammate

EXCLUSIVE: Two volleyball players for secondary girls in California refuse to participate in their team as long as he displays a Trans Trans athlete.

Alyssa McPherson and Hadeel Hazameh from Jurupa Valley high school in the County of Riverside, California, Fox News Digital told that they would not play or use the locker rooms alongside the Trans athlete. The two players sat on the match on Thursday evening of the team against Chaffey High School.

“Deciding to sit was a difficult decision to make because I like this sport and I like to compete, but this current situation with a biological man of the team is very dangerous and unfair not only for me, but all female athletes,” said McPherson.

Hazameh said she hoped that her decision not to play “will encourage” others.

“Although I sit down either a very difficult decision for me because of how much I like this sport, I do not feel comfortable sharing the locker rooms or the court with a biological man because I chose to play in a team of female volleyball, and it is just unfair and dangerous for all those who were affected by this situation. I was afraid of standing before, but I realized that someone had to do so.

At least four confirmed opposing teams have lost games in Jurupa Valley this season. Thursday’s match against Chaffey was added to the Jurupa Valley calendar in response to recent packages.

Jurupa Unified School District (Jusd) previously told Fox News Digital that he planned new games to complete his calendar after the previous plans.

“Jusd intends to provide our workers and dedicated students with the possibility of playing by working to replace the games canceled by matches against other schools that are willing to compete,” said the district.

The school was under national control dating from the athletics season last spring while the same Trans athlete, Ab Hernandez, took place at the female state championships in the high jump and the triple jump. President Donald Trump has magnified the attention when he sent a warning to California in the days preceding the state championship in May.

Now, Hernandez, in the middle of the last season of Senior volleyball, is criticized not only by opposing teams, but also long -standing teammates.

Fox News Digital contacted Jusd in response to the declarations of McPherson and Hazameh.

The school district previously provided a declaration exclusively to Fox News Digital, suggesting that the onset for the in progress controversy involving Hernandez should be directed to government representatives and legislators.

“School districts do not write laws for the State of California, and they do not have the power to ignore or change them. However, as an agencies mainly funded by the State, they are required to follow them. As these questions take place before our courts and the media, everything to advocate these questions should be directed to national and federal officers elected to make laws and policies that affect public education.” declared the declaration.

“We appreciate all the students who are affected by independent problems of their control. Jusd has undertaken to maintain the law, which prohibits discrimination based on other characteristics, gender, gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation in any program or activity, ensuring that all students feel safe, supported and asserted for whom they are at school.”

California’s law has enabled organic men to participate in high school sports for girls dating from 2013.

After Trump signed the “men’s executive’s executive decree” to keep men on February 5, California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) was one of the first high school sports leagues to announce that this would challenge order.

The United States Ministry of Justice brought legal action against CIF and California Department of Education (CDE) in July for challenging Trump’s mandate to keep biological men outside the sports of girls. The trial came following the Hernandez State championships.

Now, while the Trans teenager is launching in one more high school volleyball season, two teammates will be absent.
