The working group had a clear mandate to guarantee that “any conduct, politicians or illegal and incorrect practices that target Christians are identified, licensed and rectified”.

The working group was responsible for providing an initial assessment, which Fox News Digital obtained exclusively on Friday. The report gives an overview of “damage that can be caused when religious freedom is not protected and preserved for all Americans”.

“The working group makes this commitment: the federal government will never again be authorized to return its power against people of faith,” said the report. “Under the leadership of President Trump and the Prosecutor General of Bondi, in partnership with all the members of this working group, the rule of law will be applied with vigor, and each religion will be treated with equality in matters of policy and action.”

“Joe Biden armed all the weight of the federal government against Christians and has trampled on their fundamental rights to the first amendment,” said White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers, in Fox News Digital. “Unlike Joe Biden, President Trump protects Christians, did not punish them.”

The working group noted that the Ministry of Defense, the equal employment opportunities committee and the “” ministry of labor “depreciated, poorly managed or refused requests for religious exemptions to the COVVI-19 mandate of the Biden administration. “”

The working group also noted that at the Ministry of Education, the Biden Administration “tried to impose record fines on some of the largest Christian universities in the country, including Liberty University (14 million dollars) and the University of Grand Canyon ($ 37.7 million).”

At the Ministry of Justice, the working group noted that the Biden administration had no effort to “approach and continue the violations of the law where anti-Christian prejudices have been demonstrated by the persecutors”.

“Instead, during this period, the DoJ continued new theories of pursuit against those who speak or demonstrate according to their Christian faith,” said the report.

The working group also noted that the Ministry of Justice, under the Biden administration, arrested and convicted about two dozen people under the Freedom of Access to Clinic entry to pray and demonstrate the abortion exterior installations.

“However, the same Doj refused to apply the law on the face to protect the pregnancy centers of places of worship and crisis,” said the report.

At the FBI, the working group underlined the office memo claiming that “traditionalist radical” Catholics were “threats of domestic terrorism”.

The working group noted that, under the Biden administration, the State Department provided “a humanitarian relief limited to Christians compared to other populations and offered silent responses to attacks against Christians compared to other groups”.

Still in the State Department, the working group said it had discovered evidence that “preferential employment practices were offered” for those of non -Christian religions, while Christian employees “were disadvantaged”.

“It was particularly worrying that employees were less likely to be authorized to observe certain Christian festivals as opposed to those non -Christian.”

Officials also said that the State Department imposed “a radical LGBTQ gender ideology on foreign governments and state employees, including the forced use of favorite rainbow pronouns and flags, violating religious beliefs sincerely owned by many Christians and other Americans of the faith”.

The working group also noted that the Ministry of Labor has dismantled its office of denominational initiatives and replaced it with an office of diversity, equity and inclusion.

The working group has also said that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development “discriminated against Christian perspectives in its marketing, dealing with publications on social networks celebrating Christian festivals, such as Palm Sunday, Holy and Easter Friday, differently from articles celebrating other religious holidays or interest groups, including the month of pride, Ramadan and Diwali.

The officials said that housing and urban development have shot down Christian positions and left the others.

The working group held its first meeting in April. Before the meeting, the members of the working group carried out initial examinations of their respective agencies to identify any policy, practices or illegal anti-Christian behavior during the Biden administration.

The officials said that the working group is not finished with its investigation, but was just beginning, and will continue its work to investigate the entire scope of anti-Christian prejudices which “permeated the federal government during the Biden administration”.

A final report is expected by February 2026.

Trump also signed an executive decree establishing a White House religious office in February.

The office allows denominational entities, community organizations and worship “to better serve families and communities”, according to the White House.
