President Donald Trump will pronounce remarks at the Bible Museum in Washington, DC, during a large -scale audience on religious freedom in education on Monday, confirmed a White House official in Fox News.
The speech coincides with the second meeting of the Religious Freedom Commission, a panel that Trump created earlier this year by a decree as part of his new Board of Faith of the White House.
The commission’s mission is to protect the ability of Americans to freely practice their religion, in particular in public education and to identify what the administration calls for “emerging threats” for the protections of the first amendment.

The spokesperson for the White House, Taylor Rogers, said in a statement at Fox News: “The previous administration abused the power of the federal government to interfere with the right of the first amendment of the Americans to religious freedom. They even used the Ministry of Justice to target peaceful people of faith, in particular Christians.”

President Trump is the greatest defender of people of faith in modern history and will continue to protect and promote the founding principle of religious freedom in America,” said Rogers.
The event follows Trump’s second inaugural speech earlier this year, when he developed his survival of the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, as a divine intervention, declaring: “I was saved by God to make America again great.”
