First on Fox: President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive decree on Monday against the suspects who desecate the American flag, notably the burning, forcing to face prosecution, Fox News Digital Exclusively learned.

“The American flag is the most sacred and most expensive symbol of the United States in America, and desecration is unique and intrinsically offensive and provocatively. It is a declaration of contempt and hostility towards our nation, and an act used by groups of foreign nationals calculated to intimidate and threaten the violence against the Americans”, an information sheet on the control of digital readings of Fox News.

The decree will direct the Attorney General to pursue those who violate the laws “in a way that implies desecrate the flag” and to pursue disputes which would clarify the scope of the first amendment with regard to the profanity of the flag. The order also orders the Attorney General Pam Bondi to return the cases of desecration of the flag which violate state and local laws to the appropriate local authorities.

The American flag has been desecrated by demonstrators in recent months, such as captured in video sequences, especially during anti-Israeli demonstrations that have shaken American cities and university campuses under the Biden administration and during the Ice Raids of the Trump administration to eliminate illegal nation extraterrestrials.

The order orders the Attorney General and the Homeland Security Secretary to deny, prohibit, terminate or revise visas or other immigration permits and advantages of a non-citizen “wherever there has been an appropriate determination according to which the profit of the flag allows foreign nationals of the exercise of these remedies under the applicable law”, according to the fact sheet.

Anti-Israeli demonstrators were seen to turn on the American Fire Fire Driver outside the National Democratic Convention in Chicago in August 2024, as well as Washington, DC, in July 2024, when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the Congress in the middle of the war which has continued since 2023, as well as burns of the flag in Washington New York Park during the fourth weekend in July in 2024 for the support of the Nettreston of Washington.

More recently, anti-glossy demonstrators were seen in June by waving Mexican flags in the streets of Los Angeles while burning old glory in response to the application of the federal laws that weigh the city to remove illegal migrants in the context of the Trump administration efforts to secure the American border.

“It is not only a gesture, it is something that we must make real. We must eliminate this empire once and for all,” was heard a demonstrator who holding a megaphone in Los Angeles said that the American flag posed on the ground engulfed in Flames, reported the New York Post in June.

The opposition to the flag and the national anthem developed in 2020, when a wave of professional athletes knelt for “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the start of the games while sports fans held the hand on their hearts and paid their attention to the flag. The former NFL player Colin Kaepernick was the first sports player to popularize the agency during the national anthem in 2016 before gaining popularity in 2020 in the middle of black life and finance the police demonstrations that swept the nation after the death of George Floyd.

The expected executive decree of Trump on Monday follows a handful of other presidential actions and initiatives which he launched to restore and promote patriotism, in particular the ban on the offices of the State Department at the national level, such as embassies, to pilot any flag than America.

The president also installed two massif American flags 88 feet high on each side of the White House in June as part of a patriotic company that Trump has personally financed.

“President Trump has personally paid to install two large and beautiful American flags to proudly waving in the White House for the years to come. It is only one of the many projects that President Trump paid rarely to make the White House even more patriotic and beautiful,“White House spokesperson Davis Ingle,” White House flags were newly installed in Fox News in July.
