No additional details were immediately provided and the White House did not immediately respond to a request for comments from Fox News Digital.
The White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Monday that the announcement was linked to “the epidemic of childhood autism”.
“It will be a powerful manifestation of how the Trump administration undertakes to fight against the deep causes of chronic conditions and diseases, adopting full transparency in government and defending the science of golden standards,” said Leavitt.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration should announce that it will warn pregnant women against the use of Tylenol during pregnancy, unless they have a fever, The Washington Post reportsBecause the administration studies if the use of the drug could be linked to autism.
The manufacturer of Tylenol Kenvue did not immediately respond to a request for comments from Fox News Digital.
However, Kenvue recently declared in a press release that acetaminophen, the generic name of Tylenol, is the safest relief for pregnant women.
“Acetaminophen is the safest analgesic relief option for pregnant women if necessary throughout their pregnancy,” Kenvue said in a statement on Sunday. “Without that, women are faced with dangerous choices: suffering from conditions like fever that are potentially harmful to mom and baby or use more risky alternatives.”

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published a survey in April which revealed that the prevalence of autism is increasing and said that the increase “could be due to the differences in availability of services for early detection and evaluation and diagnostic practices”.
More specifically, the survey revealed that an 8 -year -old child was diagnosed with autism in 2022 – against one in 36 in 2000.

“It comes from an environmental toxin, and someone made a profit by putting this environmental toxin in our air, our water, our drugs, our food,” Kennedy said in April during a CDC report. “And it is to their advantage to say” oh, to normalize it, to say that all this is normal, it has always been there. “It’s not good for our country.”
