President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that his administration was about to conclude an agreement with Harvard University to restore $ 2.4 billion in federal subsidies.
“I guess we have entered into an agreement with Harvard today. All you have to do is paper, no, Linda?” Trump asked the Secretary of Education Linda McMahon in the Oval Office.
“Yes, sir. Papare it,” she replied.
