Trump salutes the “big victory” while the Senate bill goes through the key vote despite the Democrats

The legislators of the whole aisle react to the “Big and Beautiful Bill” of President Donald Trump, adopting a key vote in the Senate on Saturday evening.
Senator Ron Johnson, R-Wis., Who brought his vote from a “yes” to “no” in a dramatic manner, said in a statement that Mammoth’s bill is a “necessary first step” towards budget sustainability and cleaning the mess left by the Biden administration.
“Biden and the Democrats have left huge damage that we are trying to clean – an open border, wars and massive deficits,” said Johnson. “After having worked for weeks with President Trump and his very competent economic team, I am convinced that he considers this as a necessary first step and will support my efforts to help put America on the path of budget sustainability.”

The head of the Senate minority, Chuck Schumer, Dn.y., was one of the Democrats against what he called a “radical” bill.
“The Republicans of the Senate rush to adopt a radical bill, released to the public in death at night, praying the American people does not realize what there is,” said Schumer in a statement. “If the Republicans of the Senate will not say to the American people what there is in this bill, the Democrats will force this Chamber to read it from start to finish.”
