Trump orders immediate arrests for the burning flag with a one -year prison sentence

President Donald Trump said on Friday that anyone burns the American flag “will be immediately arrested” and risks a one -year prison sentence, citing his decree of August 25 on the desecration of the flag.
“At ice, border patrol, police and all American soldiers: according to my executive decree of August 25, 2025, please note that, from this point, whoever burns the American flag will be subjected to a year in prison,” said Trump Posted on Truth Social Friday evening.
“You will be immediately arrested. Thank you for your attention to this case!”
