President Donald Trump sought to dissipate swirling rumors on social media on his health on Tuesday, saying that he was “very active” during the Labor Day weekend.

Trump’s comments followed a wave of untreated speculation that started on Friday evening and extended on Saturday morning, powered by an empty public schedule and recycled photos showing bruises on the hand.
The online chatter calmed down after Trump was seen when leaving the White House with his grandchildren for his golf club in Virginia on Saturday. He was seen bearing a white polo shirt and a hats of Maga Rouge.

“I was very active this weekend. I went out to visit some people at the club that I have enough near the Potomac river. No, I was very active, in fact,” said Trump, making a clear comparison with his predecessor, President Joe Biden.

“Above all, there was no evidence of deep venous thrombosis or arterial disease,” she said, adding that Trump’s doctors said there were no sign of heart failure, kidney failure or systemic disease.
