Top House Republicans praise Kash Patel after the FBI raids

The chairman of the Chamber’s supervisory committee, James Comer, R-Ky., Regard for FBI director Kash Patel and other Trump administration officials for their promises to withdraw “the deep state” while federal agents have made a descent into the home and the office of John Bolton.
“I don’t know what John Bolton has done. Obviously, he deserves regular procedure,” said Commer “America’s Newsroom” on Friday.
“But I believe that Kash Patel and (Attorney General) Pam Bondi and (Director of the CIA) John Ratcliffe and (Director of National Intelligence) Tulsi Gabbard are serious about the holding of the deep state responsible for all the errors and all the abuses of the power of which we have witnessed the deep state in recent decades.”
Comer underlined the patel post on X early Friday morning which said “no one is above the law”.

“I think today is a positive day. We will see what Bolton had in his possession,” said Commer.
Meanwhile, the president of the permanent chamber Select Committee on Intelligence, the representative Rick Crawford, R-Ark., Said in a statement that he “monitored the situation closely”.
“While all the accused are presumed innocent until guilt is proven in court, the news of this situation is incredibly disturbing. No one is above the law,” said Crawford, adding that he was grateful to the “professionalism” of the patel and leaps in the matter.

Federal agents made a descent into the Bolton Maryland house in the early hours of Friday morning. Agents were also seen in Bolton’s office in Bolton in Washington, DC.
One source told Fox News that the RAID was linked to potential classified documents in the possession of Bolton.
Bolton was advisor to the national security of President Donald Trump in April 2018 in early September 2019, during the first term of the Republican leader.
He was previously ambassador to the United Nations under former President George W. Bush, from August 2005 to December 2006.

Since leaving the first Trump administration, however, Bolton has not avoided criticizing the president on national security issues and other questions.
Bolton, a republican for life, made the headlines at the end of 2024 when he announced that he would not vote for Trump in the November elections and that she would write on behalf of the former vice-president Dick Cheney.
