Virginia-Western has long been classified among states with the highest levels of drugs related to drugs, a crisis which, according to Morrisey, underlines the need to work with ice to combat fentanyl traffic.
“As part of the Biden administration, millions of people flocked to our country illegally and we had no knowledge of who they were, or if they were a threat to our nation,” Morrisey told Fox News Digital before his expected announcement on Wednesday in Parkersburg.

The National Guard and the State Police will have the power of “working group” to question anyone considered as an illegal immigrant as to their right to stay in the United States – under the supervision or the management of the authorities.
Agents will be able to deal with immigration -related violations for those arrested for state or federal offenses, and can also make arrests without a mandate of any illegal immigrant in the “presence or view” of the agent if this person would be a risk of flight in the meantime of obtaining a mandate.
Morrisey has also authorized the application of the law of the State to serve immigration mandates, to administer oaths and to collect evidence of “treatment of the required extraterrestrials”, including fingerprints and suspicious interviews.
Unlike certain other states, the police of Virginia-Western will also be able to issue immigration prisoners, prepare documents for the approval of federal ice officers and arrest criminal foreigners who have the penchant to escape.
The Correctional Services Division of Virginia-Western will be authorized to hold immigrants on the inmate, as long as the actions are auspicious.
Correctional services agents will be able to follow the federal “administrator model”, which includes immigration mandates to prison and transfer custody to the federal authorities.
