After the Battle of Health, the personal coach flows 6,000 miles to break the world record for Demi-Marathon

A man who jogging by recovering from a hernia broke a world record by performing 465 half-marathons in just one year.

Edward Molineaux, a 34 -year -old personal trainer, recorded an astonishing 6,000 miles between April 6, 2023 and April 7, 2024.

His realization not only broke his own previous record of 282 half-marathons in 12 months, between 2022 and 2023, but also earned him a world title, according to the SWNS news agency.

“I loved sports like boxing, but when I suffered from a hernia, it took me about two years after my operation to recover my body,” said Molineaux.

“All I could do was run. I couldn’t turn to nothing explosive.”

What started as a way to recover has turned into a regular habit.

Molineaux, who is British, now inspires others thanks to her dedication, according to relationships.

“All I could do was run.”

“I love to be inspired by others and that feeling of warrior,” he said.

“Even be with people who do well – I like to see people improve and go higher.”

The woman feared dogs, then started to put away all over the world with a newly adopted puppy

The endurance athlete won a virtual race of 2,000 miles across Africa.

‘I pushed myself’

Molineaux said he structures his week around 13 Half-marathon runsOften stacking several races in a single day, by Swn.

“To finish the half-marathons, I divided my week in 13 points, with three Monday and Wednesday, two Tuesday and Thursday, then only a half-marathon for the remaining three days,” he said.

Even through blisters, trench foot and fatigue, he said he was not discouraged.

“Some days I didn’t want to do it, but you have to do it,” he said. “This is one of the most difficult parts for me, but I pushed myself.”

Its nutritional strategy is as disciplined as its training.

“I don’t really eat before I run-I don’t like to feel satisfied while I do the kilometers,” he said. “I stick to a lot of fruit really, mainly bananas. For a half-marathon, I run on an empty stomach, maybe just a banana.”

At night, he said he feeds meat and fish.

“Everything comes from belief.”

“You won’t have a point, and it won’t stay in the stomach, and you can go faster,” he added.

“What I would do is do a half-marathon in about two hours, having five minutes of rest, then get on the next,” he said.

“You don’t know how the body will react or get a second wind. Everything comes from belief.”

Molineaux was officially recognized for its accomplishment on June 1, when he received his record certificate of the world record, said SWNS.

His journey from the recovery of injuries to the world record holder made him a symbol of perseverance.
