The president of the joint staff chiefs, General Dan Caine, revealed details on the young Skeleton team that was left to defend the Al Udeid air base while they were facing a dam of Iranian missiles on Monday.
“We believe that this is the greatest patriotic commitment in American military history,” said Caine, referring to the anti -missile defense system on the American air surface. “We were joined in this commitment by Qatar Patriot Cruise.”
Caine said the 44 soldiers left on the basis after being evacuated from 21 to 28 years. They only ended up with two patriotic systems to defend the base, which is a major head office in the Middle East and housing 10,000 American soldiers deployed.
“Imagine that you are this young lieutenant. You are 25 or 26 years old, and you have been assigned as a tactical director inside the command and control element. You, at this age, are the only person responsible to defend this base,” said Caine.

He did not say if one of the Iranian missiles crossed the Patriot defense systems. The Qataris said that a missile has entered aerial defenses.
“There was a lot of metal stolen. And yet our American air defenders only had a few seconds to make complex decisions with a strategic impact.”

President Donald Trump revealed that Iran had given the United States an endorsement on the attack, in order to symbolically retaliate the strikes without increasing the situation.
