First on Fox: The Ministry of Internal Security and American agency for citizenship and immigration services (USCIS) has unveiled a letter from President Donald Trump that newly naturalized legal migrants will receive when obtaining citizenship in the United States
The letter, obtained by Fox News Digital, is written by President Trump and congratulates the new citizens while reminding the recipients of the oath they take to “forge a sacred link with our nation, its traditions, its history, its culture and its values”.
“America has always welcomed those who embrace our values, assimilate in our society and engage allegiance to our country,” wrote Trump in the letter. “This rich heritage is now upon you to protect, promote and go to the next generation. Our history is now your history. Our customs are now your customs. And and Our Constitution It is now up to you to safeguard, honor and respect. “”

“The United States is now your homeland, and you are part of a nation under God,” added Trump. “You promised your heart in America – and in return, it offers the unlimited promise of freedom and opportunity.”
