The White House rejected concerns about drawing funds for public dissemination

The White House rejected the comments that the Trump administration’s efforts for Yank have already approved the federal funds for foreign aid and public broadcasting are a threat of public security.

The cancellation package approved by the Senate early Thursday at more than a billion dollars of the public broadcasting company (CPB) which provides federal funding for NPR and PBS.

“They are not honest press organizations,” Leavitt told journalists on Thursday. “These are partisan and left -wing outlets funded by taxpayers. And this administration does not think that it is a good use of taxpayers’ time and money.”

PBS and NPR could not be immediately contacted to comment by Fox News Digital.

In addition, the Reches package revokes nearly $ 8 billion in funding already approved for the American Agency for International Development (USAID), which the Trump administration has dismantled in the midst of concerns that the former independent organization has not advanced American interests. The organization is not part of the State Department.

The Senate narrowly approved the measurement of the cancellation, 51-48, which would revoke the funding of the previously approved congress. The Republican senses Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska voted alongside the Democrats to oppose the package.

“Listen, $ 9 billion in shit that were in our federal funding is now canceled,” said Leavitt. “It’s a good thing for the American people and the American taxpayer.”

Republican legislators like the head of the majority of the Senate John Thune, RS.D., presented the measure as a stage towards “tax mental health” while the Trump administration seeks to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse.

“I appreciate all the work that the administration has done to identify unnecessary expenses,” said Thune in a speech before the vote. “And now it is time for the Senate to do its share to reduce part of this waste from the budget. It is a small but important step towards the fiscal mental health that we all should be able to suit for a long time.”

But the Democrats claim that the cuts with foreign aid benefit Russia and China, and that the termination package endangers national security. Likewise, democrats fear that new cancellations can spread to areas beyond foreign aid and public broadcasting.

“If the Republicans reduce more American aid, this will create a dangerous empty that the Chinese Communist Party will continue to fill up with impatient,” said the chief of the Senate of the Senate, Chuck Schumer, Dn.y.

“They allow Donald Trump to decide by himself what programs to finance, and this endangers everything – health care, education, food assistance, public health,” said Schumer. “Everything – everything – becomes in danger. This is what happens if a package like this is authorized to become law.”
