The closed -door interview of the former doctor of the White House Kevin O’Connor with the Surveillance Committee of the Chamber ended after less than an hour on Wednesday morning, the doctor giving the investigators without any new idea.

O’Connor pleaded the fifth amendment to several questions about his time with former president Joe Biden during his plate. This led to a hasty end to what could have been a depot of several hours.

“I will read the first two questions that have been asked.” Have you ever been said to lie about the president’s health? “He pleaded the fifth amendment.

“Once again, the doctor of the White House of President Biden pleaded the fifth. It is unprecedented, and I think that adds more fuel to the fire than there was a concealment.”

The lawyers ‘lawyers said O’Connor’s refusal to answer questions for fifth amendments’ reasons was not an admission of guilt, but rather an answer to what they considered an unprecedented investigation that could have raped the limits of patient-physicist privileges.

“This committee told Dr O’Connor and his lawyers that he does not intend to honor one of the best known privileges of our law – the privilege of the patient’s patient. Instead, the Committee said that he demanded that Dr O’Connor reveals, without any limitation, said the confidential declaration concerning his medical examinations, the treatment and care of the Prosecutor.”

“The revelation of the confidential information of the patients would violate the most fundamental ethical duty of a doctor could lead to the revocation of the medical license of Dr O’Connor and would submit Dr. O’Connor to a potential civil liability. Dr. O’Connor will not violate his oath of confidentiality to one of his patients, including President Biden.”

The Chamber’s supervisory committee investigated the question of whether the former Best Biden Hores have aroused evidence of its mental and physical decline during their mandate. Biden’s allies have denied such allegations.

But Commer suggested to journalists that the invocation by O’Connor of the fifth amendment could have been proof of the contrary.

“Most people invoke the fifth when they have criminal responsibility. And that’s what would appear on the surface here,” he said. “We will continue to move forward. Obviously, I think that his actions today speak loud and clear.”

But O’Connor’s Lawyers Wrote in Their Stament, “We Want to Emphasize That Sering the Fifth Amendment Privilege Dues Not Imply that Dr. O’Connor has committed any crime. In fact, to the contrary, as our supreme short has emphasized: ‘One of the fifth amendment’s basic
Innocent men who could otherwise be trapped by ambiguous circumstances. ‘”

Meanwhile, representative Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, who made a surprise appearance during the interview and was the only legislator there, with the exception of Commer, defended the use of the fifth amendment by O’Connor.

“As a person who has been a lawyer for criminal defense and who was in reality in the hearing rooms, it’s a bit surprising to hear someone say, if you invoke the fifth amendment, it’s only because you are guilty,” said Crockett.

She stressed that the Trump administration had launched a contemporary criminal investigation.

“We have a constitutional right that anyone may be in fire can invoke. And unfortunately, with this DOJ Voyou, he decided that he wanted to conduct a contemporary investigation, a criminal investigation, implying the doctor – I think he did what all good lawyers would advise him,” said Crockett.

The lawyers of O’Connor asked the committee to suspend its investigation while the investigation of the Ministry of Justice (DOJ) is underway.

He and his legal team seemed to surprise the journalists by their hasty release on Wednesday morning, about thirty minutes after the entrance.

One of the lawyers of O’Connor said that they would make “no comments to the press” in response to a shouted question of Fox News Digital.

Coming, for his part, insisted that the investigation would continue.

“This is something that I think each American is concerned. I think the American people want to know the truth. We are going to continue this investigation. We are going to move forward,” said Comme. “We have several other witnesses who will come for transcribed deposits and interviews. We will do everything in our ability to be transparent with the media and be transparent with the American people.”

The Committee had previously questioned the former Biden staff secretary, Neera Tanden. Comer summoned several other former White House assistants to appear.
