President Donald Trump said the United States would do “everything you need” to win the world race for the domination of artificial intelligence, during an address at a summit held Wednesday in the national capital.
“From this day, it will be a policy of the United States to do everything it takes to direct the world in artificial intelligence,” said Trump during his speech, recognizing three new decrees that he signed which aim to stimulate the country’s artificial intelligence capacities.
Meanwhile, Trump also criticized the former Biden administration for “armed” and restricted innovation and AI progress.
America has the power to direct the AI revolution – and leadership to get there
“If you regulate too much, you kill the source of American genius and technological power,” said Trump. “I think Joe Biden had a plan to lose the AI race. I think he wanted to lose him.”

Director of Administration, including the Director of the White House science and technology policy Michael Kratsios And the AI and Tsar Crypto David Sacks, held a fundamental call with the media on Wednesday morning and described an action plan with three pillars for artificial intelligence focused on American workers, freedom of expression and the protection of American constructed technologies.
“We want to center American workers and make sure they benefit from AI,” said Sacks during the call while describing the three pillars.
“The second is that we think that AI systems should be free from ideological biases and not be designed to pursue socially modified agendas,” said Sacks. “And so we have a number of proposals on how to ensure that AI remains in search of truth and confidence.
The end of administrative formalities and technology restrictions is also a key element in the new AI initiative, said that administration officials, noting that it will inaugurate the next “industrial revolution”.

Trump ordered his administration in January to develop an action plan for artificial intelligence in order to “consolidate our position as a world leader in AI and get a better future for all Americans”.
The presidential action ordered the leaders of the administration to create a plan “to maintain and improve the world domination of America’s AI in order to promote human development, economic competitiveness and national security” within 180 days, which was on Tuesday.

The Kratsios stressed during the call of the Wednesday press by reducing federal administrative formalities surrounding AI, the American workers will benefit from it while the United States will avoid descending the same path from AI as Europe, which is mired in technological regulations, said Kratsios on the appeal. “The action plan calls for the liberation of American AI innovation of unnecessary bureaucratic administrative formalities, ensuring that all Americans take advantage of the advantages of AI technologies and taking advantage of AI to generate new scientific breakthroughs.”
“During deregulation, we cannot afford to travel the regulatory path of Europe, federal agencies.
“At the same time, we ask the private sector to recommend regulatory obstacles to which it faces that the administration plans to withdraw,” he added. “Instead of cultivating skepticism, our policy is to encourage and allow the adoption of AI through the government and the private sector through regulatory sand trays and specific partnerships in the sector.”

Trump canceled an executive decree of the Biden era a few hours after taking up their duties in January which brought restrictions on artificial intelligence technologies, in particular by forcing technological companies to keep the federal government evaluated from the most powerful technology they built before the programs were made available to the public.
Trump’s signature canceled Biden’s order, with an information sheet at the White House at the time, arguing that the Biden executive decree “hinders AI innovation and imposes government and unnecessary control over the development of AI”.

“The American development of AI systems must be free from ideological biases or engineering social agendas,” said the White House. “With good government policies, the United States can consolidate its leader in AI and ensure a better future for all Americans.”
“The order directs the development of an AI action plan to support and improve the domination of the American AI, led by the assistant of the president for science and technology, the AI and the crypto-tsar of the White House and the national security advisor,” said the White House.

The Trump Administration won massive victories in the race for artificial intelligence, which opposed the United States to China to develop the most high-tech artificial intelligence systems, in particular Oracle and Openai announcing Tuesday that companies are developing the Stargate project more, which is an effort to launch major data centers in the United States. Construction and indirect roles such as manufacturing and local services.
The Stargate project includes an OpenAI, Oracle, SoftBank and MGX commitment to invest $ 500 billion in artificial intelligence infrastructure in the United States over the next four years.

The creation of data centers is the key to the American breed of artificial intelligence, according to officials of the administrator who spoke Wednesday in the background. Sacks explained that the administration wanted to see the American artificial intelligence infrastructure developing a giant step for the country “leads to the data centers and in the energy that feeds these data centers”.
Earlier in July, Trump went to Pittsburgh for a summit of artificial intelligence at Carnegie Mellon University while praising the $ 90 billion in private sector investments intended to create Keystone State in an energy and artificial intelligence center for the country
Trump has also signed other decrees focused on artificial intelligence with regard to the increase in the capacity of America’s energy networks, and an April decree aimed at preparing the next generation of America to use artificial intelligence through educational programs.
Kratsios said on the call on Wednesday that the United States winning the race for artificial intelligence is “non-negotiable”, not only citing economic and geopolitical considerations.

“We are not alone in recognizing the economic, geopolitical and national IA security importance, which is why winning the AI breed is not negotiable,” he said. “The plan presents more than 90 federal political actions through three pillars. As David (Sacks) discussed it, these are accelerated innovations, the creation of American infrastructure from AI and international diplomacy and security of international AI. The action plan was designed with an overwhelming contribution of industry, academy and civil society, informed by more than 10,000 responses white for information. ”
The plan delivered to Trump could be executed over the next six months to one year, according to the bottom call.
The Trump administration has rallied several times on the way in which artificial intelligence will be crucial to catapult America in the next “industrial revolution”, which, according to administration officials, will lead to job creation and a strong technological industry which can take other nations of the race.

Vice-President JD Vance was one of the most vocal leaders of administrative administration on artificial intelligence because it has reduced administrative formalities surrounding the industry.
“The Trump administration is disturbed by information according to which certain foreign governments plan to tighten the screws on American technological companies with international footprints,” said Vance in a fiery discourse in February in Paris. “America cannot and will not accept this, and we think it is a terrible error.”
“Right now, we are faced with the extraordinary perspective of a new industrial revolution … But it will never be realized if the overregulation dissuades innovators to take the necessary risks to advance the ball,” he said. “It will not happen either if we allow AI to become dominated by massive players who seek to use technology to censor or control user thoughts.”
