First of all on Fox – a new United Nuclear Iran (UANI) report urges the US government to impose sanctions on the upper Iranian clerics and the regime -controlled institutions that have expressed or promoted Islamic legal decisions – known as Fatwas – calling for torture and assassination of President Donald, Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu.

The fatwas invoke the Islamic accusation of Mohareb – “Waging War against God” – a term in the Iranian Criminal Code which obliges brutal sanctions, including crucifixion and cross -deputation, under the interpretation of the Sharia regime.

“Today, Uani exhibits individuals and entities in Iran hiding behind religion to foment terrorism abroad. The CEO and former US Ambassador at the UN for management and reform, Fox News told a statement.

“The last Fatwa against another American citizen, Salman Rushdie, almost cost him his life, with him being stabbed by a sympathizer of the Iranian regime. It is time to ensure that those who threaten the Americans face all the strength of the law.”

The new Uani list identifies 11 individuals and two entities aligned with the regime which were not sanctioned under American laws on terrorism. The organization asks everyone to be appointed as global terrorists specially designated under the executive decree 13224, which is reserved for those who engage or support terrorism.

Among the highest targets are Ayatollah Naser Makarem-Shirazi, a powerful religious known as “sugar sultan” for its domination of lucrative trade in Iranian sugar. Makarem-Shirazi called for the execution of President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu under Mohareb, whom he interpreted to include torture before death.

Another senior figure, Ayatollah Hossein Nouri Hamedani, Ayatollah Khomeini student, who was her representative in Europe from 1979 to 1980, published a series of threats against the Jewish community over the years. He also published Trump and Netanyahu fatwas. Uani warns that such decisions constitute the incentive of terrorism.

“These are not abstract religious statements,” Jason Brodsky, Uani policies director, in Fox News Digital said. “These are threats targeted by regime officials against the President of the United States. The United States should react accordingly-with sanctions, law enforcement and immigration exams.”

Ayatollah Mohsen Araki

The list also includes Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, the former representative of the supreme chief of the United Kingdom and chief of the Islamic Center of England, which was used as a platform to export the Islamic revolution to Europe.

This is what Iran Post-Ayatollah might look like if war with Israel led to the fall of the regime

Arabki threatened President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu this month, saying that “their lives and property are no longer protected. The American government and the president are now considered an unfaithful government hostile by all Muslims”.

Brodsky stressed that the history of Araki illustrates how Iran uses religious institutions in the West to export its revolutionary ideology. “This raises serious concerns about how the regime propagates radicalism thanks to so -called religious charities abroad,” said Brodsky.

Another religious, Alireza Panahian, is linked to the body of the Islamic revolutionary guard and is described by Uani as a key architect of Iranian Iranian ideology of Mahdism – which promotes the annihilation of Jews and the destruction of Israel as prerequisites for the return of the hidden imam. He pleaded vocally for terrorist attacks against forces led by the United States in the Middle East and beyond.

Uani also calls for sanctions against terrorism against the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), the regime’s public television network. According to the report, IRIB broadcast a program which favored a bonus of $ 10 to 20 million on the head of President Trump and asked for donations to finance the assassination.

IRIB TV studio In Tehran was bombed by the Israeli Air Force during the 12 -day war.

Uani has also targeted the Qom seminar, the best Iranian religious training center, to approve publicly and undertake to implement the Fatwa against Trump and Netanyahu. The seminar’s faculty and students would have signed declarations declaring their intention to propagate the decree.

“We just have to remember what happened to Salman Rushdie to see how these fatwas can inspire real violence,” said Brodsky, referring to the knife attack in 2022 which left the blind author with an eye. “Now these same incentives are for President Trump while he is in power.”
