The Security Administration Transportation (TSA) has entered a debate on the media of Socia this week, specifying that the IDs of Waffle House owned by certain customers of the Popular Restaurant will not “be enough” as personal identification for travel.
A flight passenger published a photo on X of his yellow waffle house identifier with legend: “TSA might want a real identity document, but I have the most real identifier.”
The position collected around 2.1 million views, with thousands of republication and tastes.

The TSA responded to the corporate position by saying that identification does not respect the federal rules and will not be accepted at the security control points.
“Respectfully, no … The House IDs of waffle will not be enough as a real identification alternative (sorry),” replied TSA on X.
The TSA said that Waffle House IDs are not acceptable alternatives to the real identity document required at airport security control points. (AP)

A few weeks ago, the TSA advised travelers not to use a Costco card as an identification.

“We love the Hot-Dogs and roasting chickens as much as the next person, but please stop telling people that their Costco card has as a real identity card because it is absolutely not,” wrote the Agency on Facebook.

The other forms of identification which are accepted instead of a real identity document include a valid American passport or passport card, DHS confidence travel cards such as the world entry, the identifiers of the Ministry of Defense, permanent resident cards and border crossing cards, according to the TSA.
