Iran has until the end of August to accept a nuclear agreement with the United States and its allies, Fox News learned.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the foreign ministers of France, Germany and the United Kingdom have established the de facto deadline, according to three sources with knowledge of a call on Wednesday among those responsible.
If Tehran does not accept an agreement, it would trigger the “Snapback” mechanism which automatically repimbles all the sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council.

United against nuclear Iran, a non -profit organization that opposes Tehran’s efforts to develop a nuclear weapon, applauded news on Wednesday.
Iran comes from reprisals if the United Nations Security Council issues snapback sanctions on the anniversary of the nuclear agreement
“Tehran learned that, for the Trump administration, a deadline means a deadline,” said Uani president and former Florida governor, Jeb Bush and the CEO ambassador Mark D. Wallace, in a joint statement.
“After failing to accept an agreement within 60 days of diplomacy, the United States and Israel have undertaken a targeted military action against the regime in June. Consequently, Tehran should take this new deadline seriously.”
Iran warned on Monday that it would retaliate whether the United Nations Security Council requires Snapback sanctions.
“The threat of using the Snapback mechanism lacks a legal and political basis and will be greeted by an appropriate and proportionate response from the Islamic Republic of Iran,” said the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmaeil Baghaei, at a press conference, according to a Reuters report.
