With the end of the TPS 2021 designation, 268,156 Venezuelan nationals currently in the United States will lose their status and will no longer be legally authorized to reside in the United States, according to figures shared by Fox News Digital of American citizenship and immigration services (USCIS).
3,738 initial applications pending to be eligible for TPS and 102,935 pending renewal requests will also be terminated to date.
