The Supreme Court refused to take the appeal of Ghislaine Maxwell in his sexual trafficking case, canceling the last hope that the former partner of Jeffrey Epstein had to fight her conviction in 2021.

The High Court revealed on Monday in a list of prescription that it would not hear its case, leaving a refusal of the American Court of Appeal for the 2nd circuit.

Maxwell, 63, was sentenced by a jury to New York of five counts involving the sex trafficking of a minor and the conspiracy. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
