Charlie Kirk’s commemorative service in Glendale, Arizona, attracted thousands of participants and dozens of speakers who shared their memories of the activist killed.
Many feelings – like those concerning the influence of Kirk in the conservative movement – were well known, while others were more personal.
The newly shared stories highlighted the short life of Kirk 31 years old and how his friends, employees and the nearest family members remember him.

Love notes
Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk, revealed many personal details on their marriage.
One of them was a ritual that kept their strong marriage, despite Kirk’s constant journey.
“Someone asked me once how Charlie and I thought we were keeping our wedding so hard when he was busy traveling,” she said. “Our little secret: it was love notes. Every Saturday, Charlie wrote one for me, and he never missed a Saturday.”
“And in each of them, he told me what his highest point was for the week, how grateful he was for me and our babies,” she added. “And always at the end, he would always end up asking the most beautiful question …” Please let me know how I can serve you better as a husband. “”

She also talked about her husband’s love for journalization and her strong belief in mobilizing the movement of conservative students.
“There was nothing that was too hard or too painful or nothing that he just had the impression that he did not want to do,” she said.
“Charlie died with incomplete work, but not with unfinished business. And I will miss it. I will miss it so much. Because our marriage and our family were beautiful.”

Daily texts of the Bible and hunting trips
Sergio Gor, director of the White House presidential office office, explained how Kirk had an impact on his life by his Christian faith.
“The world of politics can be full of transactional people. Charlie was not part of it,” said Gor. “He was the polar opposite.”
“One of the things that I will miss most is to receive an SMS every morning from Charlie with a daily verse. Charlie would help to set the tone for so many of us.”

Gor was a friend with Kirk for more than a decade, and the two traveled the world of Louisiana in Greenland.
“More than a decade, we have created countless memories, from alligators hunting in Louisiana to eat seal in Greenland in countless nights on the patio in Mar-A-Lago while President Trump was playing` Phantom of the Opera ”, he said.
“”When President Trump began to talk about the importance of Greenland for our national security, Charlie was one of the first people who thought it would be a great idea to visit. Kirk’s quiet generosity has spread beyond politics
Stacy Sheridan, director of the progress of Turnout Point, explained how Kirk quietly helped her husband while he was dying of cancer.
“Charlie called me regularly to ask me how he could help us,” recalls Sheridan. “At one point, he had critical drugs and an oxygen machine sent to my door without my knowledge. I am still to this day, I have no idea how he did this. But it was Charlie. He did the right thing.”
Sheridan also revealed how she had struggled to work during this period, and that Kirk would console it.

“Sometimes I procured Charlie’s guilt that I couldn’t do my work 100%. Charlie’s response each time was” Family First “. When Mike finally died, Charlie and the whole team were still there for us.”

Andrew Kolvet, spokesperson for Turning Point USA, shared how Kirk loved the Podcasting, even with his busy schedule.
Kolvet, executive producer of the show, noted that Kirk liked to share his thoughts and hear the public.

In the memorial, representative Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., Said that “there would be no Luna deputy without Charlie Kirk”.
The Florida representative detailed his work experience with Kirk at Turning Point USA as an awareness -raising director.

Witness of Kirk’s latest moments
Frank Turek, a Christian apologist and Kirk mentor, was with him the day of his assassination and helped him rush to the hospital.
Turek previously talked about his experience as a testimony to Kirk Die, and he shared additional details on how he helped Kirk to a car and transported him to the nearest hospital.

“I was making a lot of cries,” he said. “And I want you to know that we have done everything we could to save Charlie. But Charlie was already gone.”
