While the questions swirl on the management of the director of the FBI, Kash Patel, on the agency, especially in the immediate hours after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the Senate Republicans seem ready to support him.

Patel is due to the Senate’s judicial committee for an annual FBI surveillance hearing on Tuesday morning, but the calendar comes at a crucial time for him while control is on a wave of shooting on the agency and his management of the investigation into the alleged killer of Kirk.

There is also a new face in the direction of the FBI – the former prosecutor General of Missouri, Andrew Bailey, who was sworn in on Monday in a role of sharing power with the deputy director of the FBI, Dan Bongino.

But the Republicans of the Senate of the Judicial Committee intend to look at the a history of the patel as a whole in the last nine months, and they have reported that they have always had confidence in him.

Senate’s judicial president Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, told Fox News Digital that he had just planned to talk about FBI surveillance at the hearing.

When asked if he thought there should be a meticulous patel exam, Grassley said: “Well, that’s why we have a surveillance audience, we do it once a year.”

The best Democrat in the Panel, Senator Dick Durbin, D-ill., However, said that he was going to pursue a patel, in particular following a trial of three former senior officials of the FBI last week, who allegedly alleged that they had been drawn from the agency for political reasons, and the dismissal of salt Lake City Field Field Syed.

Durbin said he was not clear what type of Syed impact would have had the investigation, but he noted his long career and his specialty in the fight against terrorism.

“We know that the person who pushed it outside, the patel director, quickly went to social networks and falsely announced that the suspect was in detention,” said Durbin on the Senate soil. “Remember that? To be forced to take over these statements shortly after.”

Patel is again noted under the microscope for a position he made on X in the hours that followed Kirk where he wrote: “The subject of the horrible shooting today who took the life of Charlie Kirk is now in detention.”

However, this individual and another were captured and released before the police caught Tyler Robinson, 22, around 33 hours after the shooting.

Patel rejected criticism of his performance during an appearance on “Fox & Friends” on Monday, where he argued that his post had been made in a thrust of transparency.

“I was transparent with work with the public on our conclusions as I had them,” he said. “Should I form it a little better in the fire of the moment? Of course. But do I regret having turned it off? Absolutely not.”

Senator Josh Hawley, R-MO., A member of the committee, told Fox News Digital that there would be “a lot to learn” during the audience, but seemed to be back as a director.

“You know, my opinion is, listen, it is used for the pleasure of the president,” said Hawley. “If the president has confidence in him, then I think, you know, it’s good enough for me.”

To Hawley’s point, President Donald Trump still seems to support his director of the FBI besieged.

“I’m very proud of the FBI,” Trump said on Saturday. “Kash – And everyone – they did an excellent job.”

And Senator Thom Tillis, RN.C., and a member of the panel, said that he was sure that “many people will look at the shooting”, but argued that his objective was on the whole mandate of the FBI – the one he supported during his appointment and that he still supports now.

Asked about the performance of the patel during the investigation into UTAH, Tillis argued: “These things are fluid”.

“I saw a lot of quarters of armchair in my day, and I saw a lot of quarters of armchair, or quarter-rear on Monday morning,” said Tillis. “Could they be tighter? People demand updates.”

“I mean, if the only thing they criticize you are to talk about potential suspects or people of interest too early, it’s a bit weak. See you after more fundamental things.”

Senator Cory Booker, DN.J. said he thought it would be a “very important hearing tomorrow” in the light of the Patel Social Media and the Agency management.

“(This is something that even the lowest communications director knows,” Booker told Fox News Digital. “You do not push the information badly in an investigation, you stick to the facts, and it is very disappointing. I think, indicating the kind of leader he is.”

“I am also more worried about the number of FBI officials that he has dismissed without cause. He politicized this department and armed the department in a partisan manner which is disappointing,” he continued. “And then, finally, he in fact undergoes investigations which continue which ensure the safety of the Americans is very disturbing.”
