Senator Josh Hawley, R-MO., Pushes a resolution which indicates that the Senate denounces the persecution of Christians in the Muslim majority nations, while the representative Riley Moore, RW.V., and several other republicans of the Chamber push a version of the Chamber which would declare the condemnation of these persecutions by the lower room.

The resolutions urge the president to prioritize the defense of persecuted Christians in the American foreign policy, in particular by “diplomatic engagement with the majority Muslim countries” as well as “efforts to stabilize the Middle East”.

The proposed resolutions also urged the president to take advantage of the diplomatic toolbox “to advance the protection of persecuted Christians worldwide and in the Muslim majority”.
