The republican bill targets driving licenses for illegal immigrants on a national scale

EXCLUSIVE: A new republican proposal from Congress aims to fill the gaps for illegal immigrants capable of obtaining conduct in certain states.

Representative Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, Chairman of the Chamber’s Budget Committee, presented the “Stop Greenlighting Driver Licens For illegal Immigrants Act” because there is renewed attention on the issue following a fatal truck accident in Florida, in which an illegal immigrant from India has allegedly hit and killed three people, and did not succeed in reaching immigrants illegal federal investigators.

“The extreme left sanctuary declares that driving licenses to illegal immigrants breach not only the laws of our land, they endanger the families and the Americans who take our highways every day. These state -free states must be arrested,” said Arrington. Connecticut offers a “license by car” for those who “are unable to establish a lawful presence in the United States”, according to the Department of State Motor Vehicles.

More specifically, the legislation would serve the assistance subsidy for commemorative justice Edward byrne for states that grant licenses to illegal immigrants. The Ministry of Justice is a key federal source of federal financing for local and state entities for the application of laws and other legal entities. Commercial driving licenses generally involve a stricter process than standard licenses. However, the Florida affair raised questions about how the suspect, Harjinder Singh, was able to obtain a CDL in the state of Washington and later in California. Californian officials said they had followed federal law because Singh had held a work permit.

Following the Florida incident, the Ministry of Transport gave California, New Mexico and Washington State a deadline for 30 days to comply with Federal CDL regulations, and California and New Mexico told Fox News Digital that they thought they were already lined up.
