The Républicains of the Chamber are wary of the deadline of July 4 for the great bill of Trump

The Republicans of the Chamber are increasingly wary of the self-imposed deadline of July 4 to obtain the “big and beautiful bill” of President Donald Trump in the White House, while the president warns that the bill “must” be ready for his signature by then.
“I think it is more important to ensure that the invoice is correct than doing it quickly,” said representative Scott Perry, R-P-P., A former president of the Caucus of Maison Freedom, at Fox News Digital. “I am interested in an excellent deliverable product and I spend the time and the resources necessary to obtain it, whatever they are.”
It is also a thought shared by members outside the conservative rebellious group – the representative Nicole Maliotakis, RN.Y., who represents a part of New York, said that July 4 is a “realistic” objective, but not the one with which she was married.
“I am not ready to do it by July 4. I know that it is a goal, it is a pretty soundbitis, doing this on independence day and celebrating America,” said Maliotakis. “But in the end, we have to do things well. And I prefer to take a few more days, a few more weeks, to make sure that we can deliver a good product for the American people.”

President Mike Johnson, R-La., Told journalists on Friday that it was “possible” the deadline could slip “, but I don’t even want to accept this as an option right now. We want to try to push this.”
The vast bill on taxes and immigration is currently in the Senate, where legislators are still working on several key questions on the deductions of Medicaid and State and Local Tax (SEL) among others.
A previous version adopted the Chamber by a single vote at the end of May.
Now, several Republicans of the Chamber are reluctant to the changes offered to the Senate – although there is still no final product – and warning that the bill could lose its support on its return to the House.
Representative Greg Murphy, RN.C., who heads the Caucus des Physmis, told Fox News Digital that he had problems with the comparable cuts of the Senate version to Federal Medicaid funding.

“There is a uniform agreement between many, many members of the chamber-if there is a change in the percentage of Federal Medicaid assistance), we will not vote for that. This would remove the expansion of Medicaid from North Carolina. I will not support this,” he said.
Asked about the feasibility of a deadline of July 4, Murphy said: “I have been a surgeon all my life … If I plan things, I used to have abandoned them in case a patient needs me for emergencies and things like that.”
Representative Nick Lalota, RN.Y., a moderate, said that “there could be a certain caution” in the abandonment of the deadline of July 4.
Conservative representative Michael Cloud, R-Texas, was more optimistic. “I think it is worth doing the right quality, but that does not mean that we will not do it at that time,” he said.
The representative Lloyd Smucker, r-pa., Suggested that the chronology will be based strongly on Trump.

The Senate should work throughout the weekend to adopt the bill.
Johnson told the Republicans of the house, for their part, to be flexible next week when they should be at home in their districts. Sources have told Fox News Digital that the leaders of the GOP in the Chamber had offered variable estimates from the moment when legislators will have to be back in Washington, from Tuesday to Thursday.

And the house is against at least a real deadline: the United States should lack money to pay its debts by the summer, according to several projections. The Republicans have increased the limit of debt a priority in the bill.
Trump, for his part, wrote on Truth Social Friday: “The House of Representatives must be ready to send it to my office before July 4 – we can do it.”
He said at a press conference earlier during the day, “we can go longer, but we would like to do it at that time, if possible.”
