The report noted that the international mission of the United Nations said that at least 25 people had been killed in the first days of the July 2024 elections, including two children.

Pro-maduro leaders “harassed and private and democratic intimidated on the opposition, television stations, the media and journalists” by threats, convulsions and prosecution.

The scanning report, which will become public on Tuesday afternoon, also calls Brazil and South America for human rights violations.

In a parallel diplomatic maneuver, the United States Ministry of Justice, supported by the State Department, considerably increased the reward for the capture of Maduro from 25 million to 50 million dollars.
