Elon Musk amplified a post From Virginia, the Democratic candidate of Governor Abigail Spanberger, again weighing the transgender policies of the bathrooms, again occupy the front of the scene during the elections of stress of the state.
Musk alleged that Spanberger “TR (IED) to get rid” of a question by ABC Washington journalist Nick Minock to find out if the former deputy supports organic men using women’s locker rooms while the Ministry of Education examines five major school districts.
“Spanberger obviously supports boys in girls’ sports and trying to sneak in the question by blaming the president,” said Musk, retweeting Spanberger’s response to Minock – who met him after visiting an early voting survey.
Minock said that the Trump administration is investigating the potential title IX violations by allowing students to use the desired toilets or changes in changes, for which Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria and Prince William County schools under control.

Spanberger replied that the judicial affairs focused on the question of the use of the toilets of transgender students have already taken place, including the case of Gavin Grimm, a transgender student who challenged the policy of the bathrooms of the local school in Grim c. Gloucester County School Board, arguing that he had violated equal protection and title IX.
In this case, the fourth circuit based in Richmond confirmed the judgment of a lower court Against the school district and ruled that its organic toilet policy has led to discrimination against Grimm.
“In fact, the argument is that the evaluation is that there must be much clearer advice in terms of what is the binding evaluation of a title IX decree in relation to what was a decision of a court,” said Spanberger.
“But in the end, the real impact here is, once again, that the Trump administration is moving the dollars from Virginia. The threat of dollars in education to our public schools is an attack on Virginia children. It is an attack on our economy. It is an attack on the Virginians.”
Youngkin’s potential successor focused on the message in a difficult breed to keep the Swing of Red State
Spanberger said his priority was to make Virginia schools in the country’s best and paint President Donald Trump as a civil servant who “comes after Virginia”.
When Minock again asked if Spanberger specifically supported such policies, she did not respond.
However, in comments to Fox News Digital, a spanberger spokesperson pushed Musk, saying that the Democratic candidate is a mother of three public schoolchildren from Virginia and a former federal law enforcement officer who investigated children’s predators.
“Nothing is more important for her than the safety of all Virginia children,” said the spokesperson.
“In the end, Abigail thinks that these are decisions between parents and local schools – and she thinks that politicians must stop politicizing Virginia public schools.”
Fox News Digital also contacted Lieutenant -Governor WinSome Earle -Sears – the Republican candidate for the Governor – to comment.
In 2021, the question of the transgender policy of the bathrooms in schools was looming in the elections of governors. Current governor Glenn Youngkin was recognized for winning an upset victory against former Governor Terry McAuliffe by making the essential question of the “parental rights” of the campaign.
Many individual cases affected schools in highly democratic areas like the county of Loudoun, where McAuliffe still won, but Youngkin has slightly increased the expected margins. One case in Loudoun involving a transgender student would have assaulted another student also made the headlines during the campaign.
Currently, the problem – as well as the school systems of Washington, DC -Metro as those mentioned are again frontal.
Earle-Sears called to force students to use the toilets assigned to their organic sex as “common sense” and recently appeared alongside demonstrators outside a meeting of the Loudoun school board in Ashburn earlier this month.

Appearing during a meeting of the Arlington School Board, where a demonstrator held a sign by saying to Earle -Sears – who is black – she should not share her water fountain if people cannot share bathrooms, the Republican said that the continuous trend was “dangerous, crazy and must stop”.
“Here’s the truth. There are two sexes: boys and girls.”
The former Doge of Musk’s Doge, the candidate for the Ohio governor, Vivek Ramaswamy, titled a rally on Friday to approve the early-sears, Lieutenant-Governor John Reid and the Attorney General Jason Miyares.
Reid, who approached and embraced Spanberger during his recent appearance in Henrico, highlighted Musk’s comments and said that the two sides of the aisle “can and should be polite towards each other – but must also clearly highlight the differences between the candidates …”
“Abigail Spanberger dodges the trans in girls’ changing problems because she is intelligent enough to know that she is a big loser for her,” said Reid.
“No boys in girls sports. No boys in the locker rooms of girls and vice versa. No medical engagement with minors without parental consultation and consent. No surgical or hormonal procedures on person,” said Reid.
“We should do our best to allow adults to make their own decisions as long as they fully have costs and consequences.”
