Martin, who was elected in early February as a new president of DNC, said: “It is the difference … between the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. The Republicans expect people to walk. If there is a dissent, they have drawn from the party. They are pushed back from the party. I reject this type of leadership.”

Meanwhile, Mamdani gave Republicans a lot of fodder to use to go to the offensive.
