The position of the White House on Russia wins the praise of the Bipartite Senate duo

A bipartite duo determined to impose strict sanctions against Russia gives President Donald Trump a track after his last hardened position against Moscow.
Senators Lindsey Graham, Rs.C., and Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Pressure for strict sanctions against Russia and its energy trade partners, and they worked to refine their bill to meet the requirements of the White House which give Trump more flexibility.
The bill had been sidelined by the push of the Republicans of the Congress to adopt the “big and beautiful bill” of the president and had been watched for a vote perhaps by the end of the month.

But Trump’s announcement that he would preserve 100% prices against Moscow unless Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to end the war with Ukraine probably blocked this plan again, and the bipartite pair is not crazy about it.
“It seems that the president will try to do part of this alone,” said journalists to the majority of the Senate, John Thune, Rs.d. “If at some point, the president concludes that it makes sense and adds the value and the lever he needs in these negotiations to move the bill, then we will be ready to leave.”

The president’s warning came after agreeing to sell weapons to NATO, which, in turn, would be sent to Ukraine to restock their shares.
“We are happy that the president somehow buys this way of doing business. We will continue to work with the White House to see if we can provide him with a tool on which the Congress has worked,” Graham said.
Their bill would take up up to 500% of prices on countries buying energy products in Moscow in the aim of Sealcap of the Russian war machine by imposing stains on petroleum, gas, uranium and other exports, largely bought by China and India, which represent almost three -quarters of Moscow energy activities.

But that does not mean that work on the bill has ceased. Graham noted that the blessing of the congress “is good for the president” and could help him legally and politically.
“But between the flowing arms and the sanctions through prices on the table, I think we can say that today has changed the situation we expect and that we hope, and day 51, you want to know what’s going on,” said Graham. “Call the Ayatollah.”

Blumenthal praised a quarter of Trump and gave him credit “for having seen through the mockery and the fluff of Vladimir Putin”. He argued that the bill, which has dozens of co-sponsors in the Senate and the support of the Chamber President Mike JohnsonR-La., Had already had an impact and noted that Trump’s decision was like a “hammer”.
