The Supreme Court of Nevada unanimously rejected the NFL petition to repeat a recent decision concerning Jon Gruden.
Gruden was the beneficiary of a key decision in his case against the League in August when the Supreme Court of Nevada determined that his case could continue in court instead of arbitration.
At the time, the Supreme Court of Nevada ruled in a decision 5-2 according to which “the arbitration clause in the Constitution of the NFL is inadmissible and did not apply to Gruden as a former employee”.
