Exclusive – In the middle of the charges that its distribution model obliges civilians to browse long distances and to browse military areas, the Gaza Humaninian Foundation (GHF) supported by the United States announced on Wednesday a new initiative to add another safety layer to provide food aid directly to the gas in need, without diversion or interference of Hamas.
The new system allows community leaders to contact GHF or one of its non -governmental organizational partners (NGOs) to coordinate local distribution. A GHF team will check the leader, determine its needs and set up the initial distribution of food aid. The boxes will be collected by the inhabitants in a predetermined location, and GHF will verify that the boxes are distributed to help the recipients listed by the head of the community.
The acting executive director of the GHF, John Acree, told Fox News Digital: “We simply cannot continue to do things as they have always been met. The big challenges need a new thought, and I congratulate our team to continue to go out of the beaten track while we meet pressing humanitarian needs.”

Using this method, GHF has teamed up with Gazan NGO Al-AMAL to successfully deliver some 2,000 food aid boxes to Central Gaza residents.
Although GHF has delivered 67 million meals since the start of operations in May, it was confronted with criticism on its distribution model, which forced Gazans to reach one of the four distribution points to receive aid.
Critics, including the UN, UNRWA and other aid groups, have seized information that the aid recipients were killed and even killed by Israeli defense forces while looking for aid from the GHF. The FDIs said these reports “are false”.
The testimonies of the residents of Gaza, published by the Israel coordinator for government activities in the territories (COGAT), show that “Hamas shoots at Gaza residents near aid distribution sites, spread the false affirmations on TDS fires, publishes data made on a large number of victims and circulates for false sequences,” said Cogat.

GHF leaders have also accused Hamas of holes of humanitarian aid, and to sell or use aid “for coercive purposes”.
Acree has acknowledged that “the Gaza Strip is a dynamic and dangerous environment that requires innovative solutions to obtain food from those who need it most. This is the last example of GHF that does exactly that. I am encouraged by the results of this program and proud to work alongside our local NGO partner while we continue to feed the inhabitants of Gaza.”

GHF hopes to associate additional NGOs to extend its delivery service. Its ultimate goal is to distribute more than 20,000 aid boxes – 1.2 million meals – every day through Gaza.
Despite negative comments on the UNRWA GHF model and NGOs, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has spoken of the important role that the new aid system plays to obtain Gazans.
In an exclusive interview with Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo the “Mornings With Maria” on Wednesday, Netanyahu was asked if he would accept that the UN be referred to humanitarian aid distributions in Gaza.

“We have our own distribution system that has been established to prevent Hamas from stealing food that is supposed to go to the population,” said Netanyahu. “They fly it, they take it for themselves and the rest, they make prices down and essentially extort the Palestinian population in order to use it to continue recruiting people in their war machine.
“Obviously, we do not want to abandon the thing with which we started, which is a distribution that goes directly to people.”
The United States Department of State has already approved the funding of $ 30 million for the GHF.
