The Republican leaders of North Carolina plan to present a criminal justice reform package to retreat what they call “soft-on-crime” policies, who, according to them, led to the murder of the last month of a young Ukrainian woman in Charlotte by a mentally troubled man.

Iryna Zarutska’s uninsured stabbing led the president of the Northern Carolina Senate, Phil Berger, to direct the effort, announced on Monday.

“Iryna should always be alive. She should prosper and enjoy time with her family and friends,” said Berger, R-Reidsville.

“We cannot let the North Carolina be held hostage by woken and weak policies on crime and judicial leaders who prioritize the criminals for justice for the victims. We also take measures to revive the death penalty for those who commit the most odious crimes.”

The package, nicknamed “Iryna’s Law”, represses the provisions of lax in the policies of liberation or release under projection – like the suspected suspect Décarlos Brown Jr. had a long sheet of violent rap.

The speaker of the Destin Hall Chamber, R-Lanoir, added in a statement that the residents deserve to live without fear that the criminals are “by bicycle” of the criminal justice system.

Hall said Iyna’s law would eliminate the surety without cash, “hold responsible magistrates” of trial towers and establish new standards for mental health assessments to administer to suspects.

“We will simply not tolerate policies that allow violent offenders to return to our streets to commit more crimes and endanger public security,” said Hall.

While restricting some of the judges of the discretionary power, the packaging in turn allows lawyers to impose GPS surveillance and the conditional link for a “new category” of violent offenses.

Electronic surveillance and house arrest are strongly weighted as options for certain recurrent offenders.

Calls for the death penalty should also be tried within two years of the deposit rather than allowing them to take shelter in the judicial system.

The magistrates and judges who violate the policies of the law of Iryna could face the suspension or the revocation if the chief judge or by the chief judge of the Supreme Court of the State, Paul Newby, Republican of Asheboro, won the last non -partisan election.

Fox News Digital contacted the Democratic Governor of North Carolina, Josh Stein, to comment on the legislation but did not hear at the time of the press.
