The MJ will launch a large investigation after a gabbard criminal reference

EXCLUSIVE: The Attorney General Pam Bondi ordered its staff to act on the criminal reference of the Tulsi Gabbard national intelligence linked to the alleged conspiracy on Monday to link President Donald Trump to Russia on Monday, and the Ministry of Justice is now opening an investigation into the Grand Jury on the case, Fox News Digital learned.

Bondi has personally ordered an unnamely federal prosecutor to initiate legal proceedings and the prosecutor should present evidence of department to a large jury, which would allow the ministry to guarantee a potential indictment, according to a Bondi letter examined by Fox News Digital and a familiar source with the investigation.

An MJ spokesman refused to comment on the report of an investigation, but said that Bondi took the reference of Gabbard “very seriously”. The spokesman said Bondi thought there was “a clear cause of deep concern” and a need for next steps.

The DoJ confirmed two weeks ago, he received a criminal reference from Gabbard. The reference included a memorandum entitled “The abolition of the intelligence intelligence community showing that” Russian and criminal actors did not have an impact “the 2016 presidential election via cyber attacks on the infrastructure” and asked that the DOJ will open an investigation.

No accusation was made at this stage of the investigation against potential defendants.

The revelation that the DoJ goes ahead with a great jury investigation comes after Gabbard declared the information in July which cast new light on the alleged determination of the Obama administration that Russia sought to help Trump in the 2016 elections.

Former President Barack Obama and his intelligence officials have promoted an “artificial account that Russia interfered in the 2016 elections to help President Trump win, selling the American people as if it were true. It was not,” Gabbard said at an intelligence press point.

Among the declassified equipment, there was a meeting file revealing how Obama would have asked his deputies to prepare an information assessment in December 2016, after Trump won the elections, which would have detailed the “tools used by Moscow and the actions he took to influence the 2016 elections”.

This intelligence assessment stressed that Russia’s actions did not affect the outcome of the elections, but were rather intended to sow the distrust of the democratic process.

Gabbard allegedly alleged that Obama and its national security officials threw the “bases” for a story that Trump of the time and his campaign experienced collus to help him win the 2016 elections. An FBI investigation and two special advice investigations took advantage of a large part of Trump’s first administration.

We do not know who is supposed to target the great jury and what accusations could be at stake given the prescription statutes of a large part of the activity almost a decade ago.

The former intelligence officials of Obama, including John Brennan, James Clapper and James Comey, were the subject of a meticulous examination of Trump officials for their alleged involvement in the development of intelligence that undermined Trump’s victory in 2016.
