Dating from 2011, Trump faced the record expressing his conviction that Iran should not have access to nuclear weapons in three dozen times.

As soon as his 2011 book “Time to Getter” said: “The main objective of America with Iran must be to destroy its nuclear ambitions. Allow me to put them as clearly as I know: Iran’s nuclear program must be stopped by all the necessary means. He also clearly indicated his position according to which Iran should not even be authorized to develop nuclear weapons more, affirming in a 2011 tweet that “the Iranian nuclear program must be arrested – by all the necessary means”.

He also criticized former President Joe Biden, saying that he “should have ever allowed them to go so far. They are good – they are very advanced now”.

Iran said on several occasions that it would not accept a ban on enrichment of uranium, arguing that it had the right to the process, which is also vital for nuclear energy.
