A federal judge blocked the efforts of President Donald Trump to deploy troops of the National Guard in Portland in a decision at the end of the evening on Sunday.

US District Judge Karin Immergut judged that action was illegal and unconstitutional, issuing a temporary emergency prohibition order to stop the deployment of the California National Guard. The order also prohibits the use of troops of any other state or Washington, DC in Oregon.

The decision of Immergut indicates that the action of the Trump administration violates the federal status 10 §12406 and the tenth amendment.

“It seems to violate both USC §12406 and the tenth amendment,” said Immergut during the procedure, according to Adam Klasfeld reports from Allise News.

IMMERGUT also put pressure on the prosecutor of the Ministry of Justice, Eric Hamilton, on the reasons for which the MJ continued to continue the troop movements.

“How could the Federalized National Guard of California come to be directly in violation of the Tro that I delivered yesterday?” She asked.
“You are a court officer. Do the accused do not bypass my order?”

Hamilton then denied any reprehensible act, but offered a defense to which Immergut rejected.

“You must have a colorful affirmation that Oregon conditions justify the deployment of the National Guard – you don’t.”

Scott Kennedy of Oregon said that it looked like “a play of rhetorical Whac-a-Mole and referred to reports that Trump could consider sending Texas National Guard troops to Chicago.

MJ representatives asked for a suspension, but Immergut denied suspension and administrative delay, claiming that it was an “emergency” and that there were no new facts to justify the request for modification of his previous decision.

“I manage this in an emergency with a limited briefing,” she said. “No new information has been provided on any new problem in Portland.”

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) immediately went to X to boast.

“Breaking: We have just won in court – once again. A federal judge blocked Donald Trump’s illegal attempt to deploy 300 of our national guard troops in Portland. The court granted our request for temporary prohibition order – interrupting any federalization, relocation or deployment of the members of the Oregon of Oregon.

The Ministry of Justice indicated that it will appeal the decision with arguments that the president retains the authority under federal law to deploy the National Guard forces in the event of “interior disorders”.
