EXCLUSIVE: TOP Congressal Iranian Hawks were about to leave for the United States of the Middle East on Wednesday, when two members of the delegation spoke to Fox News Digital about what they saw on the ground.

Representative Zach Nunn, R-Iowa, and representative Jimmy Panetta, D-Calif., Declared that he had visited Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and were in the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday, meeting leaders and discussing the armed conflict between Israel and Iran.

“During last week, we only saw a dramatic escalation, especially by Iran threatening the region, “he said, adding that he is also the spearhead of Iranian maximum pressure campaign actwhich includes 47 pieces which give President Donald Trump a lever effect on the Iranian “supreme chief” “Ayatollah Ali Hosseini Khamenei.

Nunn, a retired colonel of the US Air Force – who carried out renovation missions of Ilél Defense secretary Pete Hegseth said on Tuesday that he would recover from the Centom commander on the Iranian strategy.

“(Kurilla) has been very clear here that Iran must take the neckline of its nuclear enrichment program. In fact, it was one of those who have highlighted here the real threat from a nuclear Iran, both to its neighbor Israel and other nations across the Middle East. The United States has a very important role to play here in deterrence.

Arab allies and the United Arab Emirates recognize that Iran presents the greatest “existential threat” for peace in the Middle East, said Nunn, adding that as a veteran of the war against terrorism, he does not want to see the American soldiers returning to combat in the region.

Forty thousand soldiers, however, are parked in non -combatants in the region and are within Iranian weapons if Tehran degenerates.

Nunn warned that the porous southern border had also opened the probability that Iranian proxies will already be inside the United States and have cited reports that Tehran was connected in one way or another to the assassination at Trump in Pennsylvania.

He and Panetta, son of the former CIA director, Leon Panetta, said the reason why they met in a bipartite demonstration to the leaders of the Middle East was that even if they do not disagree politically on each question, the Congress is united with the allies of the Middle East.

“There is a real opportunity here for our Arab partners and Israel to dissuade Iran. The United States should not be the policeman in the world. There are certain capacities that only the United States can provide in this scenario. This includes deep penetration to eliminate the nuclear reactor and the Iranian program that decides their future.

Panetta said he hoped that the trip has contributed to an even stronger base for other nations to line up with the Abraham agreements Forged by Trump during his first mandate.

“The conflict between Israel and Iran broke out Thursday, before Friday, we had to happen here. And so that it changed a few things and unfortunately prevented us from entering Israel. However, we were able to have very substantial meetings with some of the leaders in Saudi Arabia, in Bahrain, and here in the United Arab Emirates before passing this evening.”

“And what we heard in a coherent way is – none of them wants an Iran with nuclear arms.”

Like Nunn, Panetta also does not want boots on the ground, saying that when or if the government of Tehran falls or goes, as Trump wants, the change must come “from the interior”.

The members of the two parties do not seek to trigger a change of regime by force, he said, but they want to see the nuclear ambitions of Tehran defeated.

And, with regard to concerns concerning stability – after seeing Iraq and Libya vacillating after strong men were ousted – it will be up to the Iranian people at that time how to proceed, the legislators said.

“The goal of Israel’s bombing, at least what we have heard, was to destroy their nuclear capacities. It was not for the change of diet,” said Panetta.

“However, if people see it as an opportunity, it is something that, fundamentally, I think that now more than ever, it would be the right time for the inhabitants of Iran.”

Given the rare bipartisan agreement on the issue of Iran in an otherwise fractured political environment, the Democrat added that he will always work with anyone to support both his voters, and anyone, including Trump, wants to have substantial discussions to solve pressing problems such as Iran’s nuclear capacities, “Forever Wars”, and that Israel retains the right to defend himself.

“(These are) are bipartite problems that I think we can work together,” said Panetta.
