EXCLUSIVE: The chairman of the Chamber’s intelligence committee urges the Americans through the country to practice “a higher degree of vigilance and awareness of the situation” as concerns about any terrorist threats to the United States on the situation in the Middle East.
President Rick Crawford, R-Ark., Told Fox News Digital in an interview that people in the United States “must have a feeling of awareness of situation and understand that there are people outside the United States who seek to hurt us.”
President Donald Trump ordered the US military to strike three main Iranian nuclear bases during the weekend in a mission considered as a success of the vast majority of Republicans and certain pro-Israeli Democrats.
The targeted strikes, which, according to American officials, are not an act of war, intervened after a week of reception of tensions between Israel and Iran. Israel, warning that Iran was dangerously close to a nuclear weapon, launched preventive strikes in Tehran and the surroundings earlier this month who killed several of the main military officials of the Islamic regime and nuclear scientists.

The president of the intelligence committee of the chamber, Rick Crawford, urges the Americans to be vigilant without “living in fear”.
The Ministry of Internal Security has published a warned memo of an “increased threat environment” on the Israeli-Iranian conflict shortly after the United States strike. In the meantime, NBC News reported that Iran had threatened to activate dormant cells in the United States if it was attacked.
He sounded alarm ringtone for the best national security officials in the United States inside and outside the congress.
Crawford, whose panel oversees the American intelligence community, blamed the actions of the former Biden administration to create an illegal immigration crisis which, according to him, could have allowed bad players to enter the United States in recent years.
“We know historically, Iran being the main sponsor of terror, we also know that during the Biden years, hundreds of Iranians were allowed to enter, roughly without control,” he said, referring to the people who crossed the border illegally.
“We do not necessarily have a good reading on where they are, what are their intentions … and therefore I think that we must redouble our posture (counter-intelligence) in the United States.”

The Tsar de la border de la Maison Blanche Tom Homan said on “Sunday Morning Futures” by Fox News that there were “1,272 Iran nationals released in the country between the (Office of Field Operations) and the Border Patrol” under former President Joe Biden.
On the part of the congress, Crawford said that the next Intelligence Authorization Authority for the Fiscair would largely tackle the increased terrorist environment in the United States
“We want to intensify our presence (counter-intelligence) here at home and ensure that in the federal law of application of the law, that they are adequately postulated and resources to face this threat,” he said.
The Arkansas Republican also urged Americans to remember that Iran “also tries to instill a feeling of fear” with his threats.
“I think that if there are terrorist cells in the United States, at one point, they could act. I do not think it would be something on the scale of September 11, but it would certainly be conceived-just as its name suggests-inflicting terrorism and bringing the American people to adjust behavior and cause economic benefits and social upheavals and things of this nature,” he said.
Nevertheless, he warned the Americans to take their daily life aware of their environment, especially in large public spaces.

“For example, I mean, if something does not feel good … don’t go there. Trust your judgment on this subject. I mean, just because you live in Arkansas as I do, does not necessarily mean that you are isolated from threats,” he said.

“It does not necessarily mean that you should live in fear. It just means that if you see something that is wrong, if you have a sense that maybe something is out of words, you know, trust your instinct. Maybe you have to call the police, maybe you just have to withdraw from a given situation if you don’t have the impression that it is sure.”
In the meantime, Crawford said that he and permanent house Select Committee on Intelligence would seek more information from federal officials.
“Absolutely, we are committed to the intelligence community to better understand what is happening and updated information in real time,” he said, adding that the panel generally obtains “quickly” information from the intelligence community.
