The inheritance focused on the faith of Charlie Kirk will last after the assassination of Utah

The heritage of Charlie Kirk, rooted in his deep devotion to Christ, will not be erased after his tragic assassination in UTAH, Fox News Digital in Fox News Digital for a long time.
“His message will not be arrested, his testimony will not be suffocated. His memory will be defended. We encourage each patriot to be galvanized to raise their voice against the wave of darkness that tries to destroy our fragile republic and the special gifts that our creator has given us here in these United States,” said Pastor David Engelhardt of Manhattan’s’ Interview.
Engelhardt spoke with Fox News Digital by Zoom Thursday morning, after Kirk was assassinated during an event on campus at the University of Utah Valley by a single blow. The co-founder of Turning Point USA was a power of the conservative movement since before the first Trump administration, defending the ideas of faith, family and freedom for American youth. He was motivated by his relationship with God, said Engelhardt.
“I think that his message for Christ and for faith is stronger than his political message. There is synchronicity, of course, but he was a deep man of faith,” said the pastor.
Charlie Kirk was proud champion of Christianity on campuses at the national level: “ I am nothing without Jesus ”

Engelhardt, who sits on the board of directors of Tpusa, first met Kirk through his wife, Erika Kirk, when she lived in New York and attended her church. The pastor said that Erika relayed that she had met someone and planned to move to Phoenix before the pandemic – “that someone turned out to be Charlie Kirk.”
“About a year later, in the summer of 2020, when it seemed to be that all hell was unleashed in New York, Erika contacted us to see how we were and said that she wanted to put me in contact with Charlie … And that’s how I met Charlie in 2020 during all BLM and Covid and all this kind of thing. And Charlie, you were opening it up.

The Church of Kings was the first church of Manhattan to reopen that year despite the strict locking measures of the city which kept the residents in the shelter in their apartments and their houses, he said.
Engelhardt and Kirk have become close friends in the past five years, the pastor explaining that he was watching him “become a father and being an incredible husband and sharing his faith with many people”.
Pastor Rob McCoy, the longtime pastor of Kirk and co -president of Tpusa Faith, told Fox Digital that “Evil did not prevalu” in the murder of his friend by “A Coward”.

Kirk leaves his wife behind him, whom he married in 2021, as well as their 3 -year -old daughter and a 1 year old son.
A few months before his assassination, Kirk joined a podcast and said he wanted to “remember your courage for my faith”.

The Kirk assassin is still free on Thursday morning, with the FBI, the ATF, the Utah Ministry of Public Security and local police services.
“Truth and logic and faith and this combination of these things that made him so effective. And therefore, I think Charlie is a champion for the family, for life, for growth, to have many children. I think that it is all a central role of his inheritance which will be defended by the next generation,” said Engelhardt about Kirk’s lasting heritage.

“Please pray for his family, parents, sister, wife and children. Please continue to hold them in your prayers. And I would say, above all, pray that the seed of Charlie’s life is multiplied 100,000 times. There would be 100.00 Charlie Kirk through university campuses sharing their faith and their truth about the world around them,” he added.
