They would also be registered with the full name of Kirk, “Charles James Kirk”, the year 2026 as well as the full name and the motto of the United States.
The final design of the documents would be selected by the secretary of the Treasury in consultation with the president in office, in this case, President Donald Trump.
“Since 1892, Congress has authorized commemorative pieces to celebrate and honor historic American patriots,” Hamadeh told Fox News Digital.
He also praised Kirk as an “American treasure”.
“He relentlessly sacrificed his time, his energy and his money to save this nation for future generations. In the end, in the hands of a radical left, he sacrificed his life,” said Hamadeh. “His life must be commemorated, and this piece will allow us to make a reminder of his remarkable life to come to come.”

PFLUGER said that the adoption of their legislation would make Kirk, at the age of 31, the youngest American to be placed on the American currency at the time of the strike of coins, that the Texas republican called “an appropriate honor which cement his extraordinary heritage alongside the presidents and the founding fathers who shaped our Republic”.
“Charlie Kirk was a conservative Titan whose transformational impact on millions of Americans deserves permanent recognition alongside the greatest leaders and influential personalities in our country,” said Pfluger.

A law adopted by the congress in 1866 prohibits the image of a living person from being used on the American currency.
Several historical personalities have received the honor, even beyond the American presidents.

Some historical files have said that Sacagawea was 25 years old when he died, but contradictory accounts reported his decades which passed decades later.
The proposal comes after the Chamber adopted a bipartite resolution honoring Kirk and denouncing political violence at the end of last week.
In addition to the PFLUGER and HAMADEH bill, GOP legislators have offered legislation to award medals from the Kirk congress, honor it with a day of memory, among other initiatives.
Several Republicans of the House also wrote to President Mike Johnson, R-La., To ask for a statue of the American Capitol at the likeness of Kirk after his assassination.
