Shortly after the Senate voted to approve its version of the law on a large bill supported by Trump, the representative of Tennessee Gop, Andy Ogles, presented an amendment to return the bill to its version of the original Chamber which was adopted at the end of May.

Ogles made a series of criticisms on the version of the Senate of the bill after its adoption on Tuesday afternoon, including complaints concerning the bill forcing its voters to pay for the health care of illegal foreigners and not to do enough to prevent taxpayers from subsidizing green energy projects. Ogles also seemed to contest the changes to the Senate to the tax deduction (SEL) of the Senate and Local, deploring that the Senate “considerably increases the amount that Tennessens are forced to subsidize state taxes and local for rich persons in blue states”.

“The Senate collapsed in an unaduminated staff member appointed by a democrat and rushed through an unfinished bill just to be able to return home on July 4,” said Ogles on X after the bill.

“I do not work for the parliamentarian of the Senate. I work for the people. This is why I have just deposited an amendment to remove their failure and replace them with the strong bill of the Chamber that we adopted weeks ago.

Ogles and other Republicans challenged on Tuesday with the decisions of the Senate parliamentarian on the question of whether the aspects of the GOP expenses are necessary to qualify for the threshold for passing the simple majority of reconciliation. One of these decisions included a provision that excludes illegal immigrants from MEDICAIDI’s eligibility to obtain a great majority, as opposed to the simple majority of reconciliation.

“We have a majority in the Senate, we should act like that,” said representative Chip Roy on Tuesday. “The truth is that there are several senators happy to let the parliamentarian act as a sheet to preserve the status quo. It is not leadership, it is a service to the marsh.”

The Senate began its amendment process to the version of the Chamber of the One Big Beautiful Bill law on Monday, and the legislators presented many amendments. After the Senate finished his amendments, he voted Tuesday afternoon to advance the bill in the Chamber of the Chamber for approval.

The Ogles office did not answer questions about the question of whether its amendment to return to the version of the Senate to the version of the original room also means that it does not intend to vote in favor of the current version of the Senate.

Rep. Ralph Norman, RS.C. said he doesn’t expect to vote for the Senate version and opposes it. And Roy warned that the chances of passing the spending package before the deadline of July 4 after the Senate changed the version of the room “is much lower than they were even 48 hours ago”.

Roy and Norman are both on the powerful Committee for the Rules of the Chamber, which must approve the Senate version for the bill to advance. Representative Andy Harris, R-MD., Told Fox News on Tuesday that he did not think that the rules of the rules would pass immediately.

“Then the speaker will have to decide how he puts this back as part of the room,” said Harris. “And whether by reducing some of the tax discounts that have been added to the Senate, whether by pursuing a new green scam that the president does not like – we will finally get there, but I do not think it will be in the coming days.”

Harris said he was also a “no” on the request to make the version of the Senate in its current state.
