The former Biden assistant invokes the fifth amendment in the mental decline in survey

On Friday, a former former assistant from the Biden administration invoked the fifth amendment when he was deposed in camera with the chamber’s surveillance committee on Friday, Fox News Digital said.

Annie Tomasini becomes the third ex-democratic officer to Stonewall investigators to examine whether signs of the alleged mental decline of former president Joe Biden were covered by her inner circle.

The source said that Tomasini pleaded the fifth when asked if Biden, a family member or anyone in the White House asked him to lie at any time.

She also pleaded for the fifth when asked if she had already advised Biden on the management of classified documents found in her garage, if Biden or someone in the White House had asked her to hide or destroy classified documents found at the home or the office of the former president, and if she ever conspired with someone in the White House to hide information about relations with the Biden family.

Fox News Digital contacted Tomasini lawyers but did not immediately answer.
