On Friday, a federal judge prevented the Trump administration from extending the accelerated abolition of illegal immigrants, saying that the risk of applying accelerated deportations within the United States is too large and could have an impact on foreigners who are not eligible.

The decision of the American district judge Jia COBB in Washington, DC, prevents the Trump administration from using the accelerated dismissal for immigrants granted by the status of parole.

“The court is no doubt about the constitutionality of the accelerated dismissal status, or on its long -standing request at the border,” Cobb wrote in a 48 -page notice.

“He simply maintains that by applying the status to a huge group of people living inside the country which have not been submitted before, the government must afford a regular procedure. The procedures currently in place are insufficient.”

Earlier this month, COBB temporarily blocked the Trump administration of efforts to extend the accelerated deportations of immigrants who have legally entered the United States under the conditional humanitarian release.

Accelerated deportations allow federal authorities to withdraw someone from the country without seeing a judge first.

The accelerated dismissal was used by the Trump administration to quickly withdraw illegal immigrants, a major brand of President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Meanwhile, the administration has put pressure on the immigration authorities to increase deportations.
